The plan with the company will identify projects that are the highest priority, the most beneficial for the company, and fit within the funding guidelines of the program. The total amount of projects can be as high as $150,000. These projects are cost-shared on a 50% basis by the program, resulting in $75,000 in program funds applied to the projects.

ASI makes payments directly to the consultants or service providers for the program share of the costs. The company benefits from increased cash flow, as it does not pay the full amount and wait for reimbursement.

For companies that have limited and/or focused project needs, an option exists to receive up to $30,000 in total projects, with a 75% program cost share. This results in $22,500 in program funds matching $7,500 in company funds.
